Legal compliance audit methodology

Our methodological approach complies with the requirements of the CSA Z773-17 standard on conformity auditing, as well as the ISO 19011 guidelines (link to page) for management system audits. Our approach guarantees a rigorous assessment in line with legal compliance audit criteria.

Compliance audit

To ensure that health, safety and environmental legal compliance audits are carried out methodically and accurately, they are performed in accordance with the guidelines set out in CSA standard Z773-17. This means that evidence of compliance is established impartially through physical site observations, documentary analysis, understanding of procedures in place, and interviews with personnel and management.

Where possible and with the customer’s authorization, photographs are taken to accurately document non-conformities.

At the end of the compliance audit, a report is prepared and submitted to the customer, clearly identifying the environmental and health & safety findings and recommendations.
